These Terms of Service should be read in conjunction with our Privacy, Refund and Shipping policies. By placing your order you are agreeing to these policies.
Items specification
We have edited the images of the items to make the items’ colours as true-to-life as possible. However, due to small variations of camera specification, image software processing and the colour representation of different screens and monitors, we cannot absolutely guarantee that the colour of the products exactly matches that on your screen.
The dimensions of all the jewellery boxes are displayed in the item listings. You agree that you have checked the dimensions of the items carefully before ordering.
Bijou Boxes is unable to accept the cost of returning goods that have been purchased on the basis of their exact colour or size. We are also unable to accept returns for goods that are showing signs of use or damage. Please refer to our Shipping and Refund policies.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of it being dispatched. Please contact us with your order number. Once an item is dispatched you are no longer able to cancel your order but may return it, undamaged, for a refund.
Although a very rare occurrence, Bijou Boxes may have to cancel your order. This could be due to the availability of the ordered item but we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. Sometimes orders are automatically refused/denied by the payment processing software - I'm afraid that we have no control over this. Typical reasons may be that the payment and delivery addresses are different or the card is not valid for international purchases. Please try using a different payment method or contact your bank for help.
Delivery estimates
Your items will be sent by courier to the address supplied on your order. Once dispatched the deliver address cannot be changed. All items are sent tracked and tracking information will be supplied if requested. If you upgrade from standard to expedited shipping, we will send your order with expedited shipping. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates supplied by third party couriers.
